Located on the site of Casablanca’s former arenas, the Métropolitain Project breathes new life into this iconic space by transforming it into a mixed-use hub combining residential, hotel, and office functions. Designed to address the complexity of such a program, it ensures fluid interaction between the different components, offering a harmonious living and working environment. 

The project’s architecture is inspired by Casablanca’s Art Deco heritage, particularly through façade details that reinterpret the geometric and rhythmic lines characteristic of the style in a contemporary way.
