The Gardenia Parc project, developed by the French group Réalités, is a residential complex located in the heart of the rapidly growing Zenata eco-city. Designed to preserve residents’ privacy, it minimizes direct views between units while offering open vistas. Its layout optimizes views of the park and ensures ideal sun exposure, enhancing natural light within the homes. 

Each residential unit includes a balcony or terrace, extending the interior living spaces. This approach to integrated outdoor areas responds to a vital urban need—strengthening the connection with nature while optimizing daylight and natural ventilation. 

Special attention has been given to the importance of green spaces and their impact on residents' quality of life. The project includes carefully designed outdoor amenities, such as swimming pools, relaxation areas, and a panoramic rooftop, offering a welcoming and sociable living environment.
