The We Live project aims to create living and leisure spaces that foster social interaction and personal fulfillment. It emphasizes generous green areas, optimized natural light through an east-west orientation, and shared spaces such as swimming pools, coworking areas, and a rooftop. 

The organization of the buildings into broken strips optimizes solar exposure, offering through or dual-aspect apartments. The staggered volumes avoid direct views between units and northern orientations, while adding fluidity and lightness to the overall composition. 

In a spirit of equity, all apartments enjoy the same spatial quality, regardless of their level of standing. Generous lobbies and shared circulation cores, along with open outdoor spaces accessible to all, reinforce the project’s inclusive and welcoming ethos.
