Designed for the Royal Moroccan Football Federation and located in the municipality of Lahraouiyine, the Federal Football Training Center of Casablanca redefines the standards of high-level sports infrastructure.
The project is organized around a central axis that connects the various functional entities while ensuring optimal circulation flow. This central promenade, lined with green spaces, encourages interaction between players, staff, and visitors, while offering spaces for rest and relaxation within the campus.
The football fields are oriented North/South to guarantee optimal playing conditions and minimize glare.
The architecture of the center is based on a sober and functional volumetry, incorporating durable materials and a mineral palette in perfect harmony with the environment. The façades are punctuated by carefully designed openings to maximize natural light while ensuring effective thermal protection.
Inside, the spaces are designed for learning and community: connected classrooms, co-working areas, and living spaces that foster interaction. The residential area, oriented East/West, provides a restful setting for players, with rooms bathed in natural light at different times of the day.
