Located in Casablanca Finance City, the Luxuria project comprises 62 residential units in the heart of the business district. 

Rooted in Casablanca’s identity, it draws inspiration from the architectural codes that have shaped the city throughout the 20th century. While paying tribute to this heritage, it embraces a contemporary language—light, white, bold, and graceful. 

Set on a rectangular plot bordered by Anfa Park, the project establishes a harmonious dialogue between nature and architecture. This relationship is expressed through an open ground floor that creates a seamless connection with the park. The building stands on a slender structure where alternating solid and transparent boxes house the building lobbies and circulation cores. 

Composed of two distinct volumes, it juxtaposes a lower part with a monolithic profile, animated by loggias and openings that create a play of shadow and light. The upper part, more aerial, is defined by continuous balconies offering unobstructed views and optimizing natural sunlight for the apartments. 

The double skin is inspired by the scaly polypore, a mushroom that grows around tree trunks and on their sun-exposed sides. This natural reference is reinterpreted through an organic geometry, materialized in a lattice structure that elegantly wraps the façades.
