The future headquarters of Pharma 5, located at the entrance of the city along Route d’El Jadida, is a contemporary project rooted in its geographical and climatic context. It is designed to be responsible, mindful of energy and ergonomic challenges, and follows a long-lasting architectural approach. Conceived as an urban landmark, the building reflects the image of a young, dynamic company in constant motion. Its fluid architecture and curved volumes bring a soft, organic dimension to an otherwise imposing structure. In response to noise pollution and the western exposure of the main façade, a protective double skin filters sound and controls sunlight. This double skin, both kinetic and dynamic, evolves with the play of shadows across the façade and shifts depending on the viewer’s perspective. Its appearance changes with movement, offering a continuously shifting visual experience throughout the journey.
