The Saga project, headquarters of a communications company in Casablanca, is located along a strategic axis connecting the seafront to the city center. Its southwest-facing façade maximizes visibility while controlling sunlight through a system of sunshades that filter natural light, reduce thermal impact, and ensure optimal illumination. This device creates a wave of shadow and light that evolves throughout the day and depending on the viewing angle.
