Villa K, located in the prestigious Anfa district of Casablanca, embodies a subtle fusion of raw and warm materials. Set on a 2,000 m² plot, the project showcases exposed concrete used for slabs and some load-bearing walls, balanced by wooden elements that bring warmth and elegance. The design favors a dialogue between privacy and openness: the north façade is closed off to ensure discretion, while the south façade opens onto the garden through large bay windows, optimizing natural light and comfort. Concrete overhangs protect the interior spaces from sunlight, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.
