It emphasizes generous green areas, optimized natural light through an east-west orientation, and shared spaces such as swimming pools, coworking areas, and a rooftop.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization of the buildings into broken strips optimizes solar exposure, offering through or dual-aspect apartments. The staggered volumes avoid direct views between units and northern orientations, while adding fluidity and lightness to the overall composition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a spirit of equity, all apartments enjoy the same spatial quality, regardless of their level of standing.
