An automotive maintenance workshop is also integrated, providing a practical, all-in-one solution for road users.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upstairs, a spacious restaurant delivers a unique experience, enhanced by a landscaped terrace designed to welcome a broad clientele. The fa\u00e7ade, finished in exposed raw concrete, presents a clean and understated character.
